Chris Wellings
Chris has more than 20 years experience in Information Technology, having set up his first IT company back in 1988, and The Computer Technology Corps Ltd (CTC Solutions) in 1996.

Chris is an entrepreneur with a keen eye for innovation. Chris was responsible for CTC’s replicating eCommerce website solution taking this product to market from a simple design concept in September 2007 to a fully fledged working system with over 130 customers inside a year.

Prior to that, Chris played an instrumental part in the deployment of CTC's Virtual dataroom product, a secure web-based document management system that is ideal for managing the M&A due diligence process online, first used for the sale of Hastings Direct in September 2006, a transaction managed by ReOrient Legal Ltd.
In his spare time, Chris coaches the Berkshire County Cricket Club under 11 squad.

Milindra Senaratne
Milindra has an IT Masters degree in Network Centred Computing from University of Reading.
Milindra started work full time in Nov 2008 as the Technical Manager for CTC. He looks after major IT support clients and provides technical support for web site development team (UK and Offshore) and also manages CTC dedicated Web servers.
One of his major project was Integrating an Online Application System to an existing systems at University Of Reading for his final project of the degree.
He Started his career in IT as a Computer Operator at Sri lankan Airlines Ltd in 2002.
His hobby is playing drums (old person living at next door!)

Susan Desejas
Susan is the Business development manager for CTC.
Richard Young
Richard Young joined CTC in November 2006. Richard has five years commercial experience in developing Content Management Systems and eCommerce websites. Richard's skills include HTML, CSS, DHTML, PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.
Richard is CTC's Manager of Innovation, overseeing the development of Survey Magic

Kim reddy is the marketing & sales data co-ordinator. He also supports Aspire system clients & an expert of Social Media networking.
