Basic Support Package
Our Basic Support Package is aimed at businesses with 1 to 2 computers/laptops:
- Annual or monthly charging
- Includes two on-site visits per year (first hour free)
- Remote/Telephone Support - 1 hour per month (Basic Plus package)
- Free Email Support (1 Working Day or less response)
- Standard Response times Next Business Day or less for Remote Support and Site Visits in Emergencies
- Out of Hours site visits and Weekend Cover by arrangement
What does an Annual Health Check consist of?
The Annual Health check consists of a series of checks on the software & hardware of a computer and attached peripherals. The checks look at issues like Operating System errors, installed drivers, software and hardware upgrade options, security and network access. The aim is to ensure that the computer is operating as efficiently as possible. Identified issues that can be resolved immediately will be done and where more time would be required to rectify a problem, our engineer would make recommendations. We allow 1 hrs for a standard annual health check, if you prefer this time can also be used to look at specific problems that you or your staff are having with the computer/laptop.
